Accordingly, all bidders are requested to inspect the unit properly to ascertain its present condition rather than relying on the pictures / folders. All other incidental expenses such as storage fees and shipping costs shall be for the account of the bidder.
2.For Total Loss units mortgaged, as well as for those checks settlement released through Branches, documents like Cancellation of Mortgage and OR/CR will only be available between 3 - 6 weeks from the date of posting in the bid list.
3.Bid form shall be dropped in the bid box located at the 30/F lobby.
4.Viewing of units located at the Motorpool is during weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. only (a gate pass should be secured from the GSD).
5.Deadline for the submission of bid is on May 24, 2013, Friday
6.Opening of bids is scheduled on May 27, 2013, Monday, 10:00 AM (due to other meeting schedules of the committee members, this is suject to change).
7.Car Plan availment will be temporarily suspended until further notice from the management.
8.PICK-UP OF DOCUMENTS from CLAIMS DEPARTMENT SHALL BE TEN (10) WORKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
9.MINIMUM BID is a REQUIREMENT to be CONSIDERED in the bidding process. BIDS BELOW THE MINIMUM will be automatically NOT CONSIDERED.
10.Payments for awarded units should be deposited to Standard Insurance Co., Inc. BDO account (contact Treasury Department or the Bidding Committee).
11.Please read policies and procedures in the bidding form.
